電焊工工作服面料選擇要點

我們在選擇電焊工作服的時候是選擇合適的面料，一定是質(zhì)量好、不起球不退色，吸濕透氣、穿著起來舒適親膚，而且防護(hù)性好。也有對工作服要求更嚴(yán)格的工作服，電焊可以說是既普通又不普通的工作。為什么說普通呢，因為很多情況下都能應(yīng)用到電焊，主要是做工廠里，鋼鐵之類的工作場所;為什么說不普通呢，因為電焊這種工作有其危險性，大家都知道電焊有什么危害，特別是工作時間長了對皮膚和眼球會有一定的傷害，而且工作起來的時候也有其危險性。

我們不可忽略工作人員的身體，畢竟焊工要接觸到高溫，萬一溶液濺到身上，沒有工作服的保護(hù)是很容易造成燙傷的，危險性也不低的。所以做電焊工作服更好使用純棉的面料，純棉面料一個是穿起來舒適，再一個是純棉的工作服濺上火花不會被燙個洞，而化纖的面料就不行了，火花濺到工作服上會燒壞工作服。

If the solution splashes onto the body, without the protection of work clothes, it is easy to cause burns, and the risk is not low. So it is best to use pure cotton fabric for welding work clothes. Pure cotton fabric is comfortable to wear, and pure cotton work clothes will not burn holes if sparks are splashed, while chemical fiber fabric is not suitable. Sparks splashed on work clothes will burn the work clothes.
我們在選擇電焊工作服面料的時候還可以選擇有阻燃作用的面料，可以是阻燃純棉防護(hù)服、耐高溫阻燃防護(hù)服、隔熱防護(hù)服等等。這種面料的工作服可以對高溫有一定的壓制的，而且還要往里面添加一些別的材料，達(dá)到更好的防阻燃效果。
When choosing the fabric for welding work clothes, we can also choose fabrics with flame retardant properties, such as flame-retardant pure cotton protective clothing, high-temperature resistant flame-retardant protective clothing, thermal insulation protective clothing, and so on. The work clothes made of this fabric can withstand high temperatures to a certain extent, and other materials need to be added inside to achieve better flame retardancy.
